Who we are
Dress Your Palette is published by Jon Dillemuth, a sole trader (toiminimi) in Finland, business ID 2642675-5 (“we”, “us”). Contact details are on the contact page.
What the service is
Dress Your Palette suggests products based on the color season and Kibbe type you give it. The color of each product is measured automatically from its photo, and its lines are assessed automatically against published style rules.
The suggestions are general information, not personal styling, medical or other professional advice. Automated measurement can be wrong: photos vary in lighting and editing, and a color on a screen is not the color in your hand. Use your own judgment, and check a product before you buy it.
Using the site doesn’t require an account. We may change, pause or end the service or any part of it.
Products, prices and shops
Product names, prices, availability and images come from the shops and their affiliate networks, and they can change at any time. The shop’s own site is always the authority. We don’t sell anything: when you buy, your contract is with the shop, under the shop’s terms.

Links to shops, professionals and other sites are provided for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, palettes and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use.
Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners. Kibbe is a trademark of David Kibbe; Dress Your Palette is not affiliated with or endorsed by him. The color season systems are credited to their originators on the about page.
Acceptable use
- Don’t disrupt the site or try to access parts of it that aren’t public.
- Don’t copy the site’s content in bulk by automated means without our permission.
- Don’t use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its suggestions will suit you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site, or for purchases you make from shops. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you use the site as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there where those laws allow.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
